Gymnastic

LI: to develop body movements of balance, rotation and strength

We first started with a game of tag but we had to do some things about balancing and we had to jump on one leg. 
Stretches
The stretches we did was L-shape,seal,butterfly,cat and straddle that was the stretches we did.

Rotation 1
The beam one was the first one we did then there were some different things but it was quit hard but not that hard because there was only one thing that was changed and it was called something about diving.

Rotation 2 
Rotation 2 was like the same thing like gymnastics last week but the trampoline was different and then we had to do a handstand by doing a bunny hop and keeping our feet together and that was one of our new things we had to do.

Rotation 3
Rotation 3 was about the same things but we added some more things to what we did in the things last week.
